STRUCTURE CORNERS CAN NOT BE REPAIRED
When a truck turns too early and hits a structure, the overall value decreases. The corner of a structure is not able to be fully repaired or replaced. Patching and matching exterior cosmetics are the only options. Shortly after such patching tends to slightly shrink once dried. This makes your building vulnerable to moisture, insects, interior temperatures issues, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CHANGED STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. Wall Guardian solved these such issues so you do not have to worry about spending thousands of dollars towards an issue that cannot be fully repaired.
ULTRA HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION
Low profile shape allows for truck to glide easy from steel pipe and quickly transfers to rotating rubber core minimizing pressure against building and truck. 2 1/4" DIA. X 1/4" Triangular shape offset from wall maximum of 13" Low profile with 2" X 2" X 1/4" structural steel back mounting angle allows for maximum strength upon impact. Center cylinder core consists of 12" DIA X 14" solid hardened rubber. Center rubber rotates using 1 1/4" DIA solid steel axel along with two heavy duty pillow block bearings. Wall Guardian system is wall mounted using 3/4" X 6" HILTI concrete sleeve anchored into concrete and fastened by 3/4" heavy duty nut.
AUDIO & VISUAL
Upon impact Wall Guardians alarm will sound, along with a strobe light. This will alert the driver and personnel so adjustments can be made preventing damage to the building and truck.
